| Description | 265gsm Bretta Black Back Fabric contains a mixture of 33% Polyester and 67% Post-Consumer waste in the printable component which makes it a more environmentally friendly option for exhibition builders. The black backing is still made from a virgin PU - when that is factored in the entire finished product is made from approximately 39% recycled content. The CO2 footprint of our recycled black back fabric is 1,56 kg CO2e/m². For comparison, the CO2 footprint of our normal black back fabric is 1,80 kg CO2e/m². The bretta black back fabric has the same properties as our normal black back fabric - including 6-12% stretch to wrap around MDF and create large, seamless displays With the option of dye sublimation up to 3.15m wide, blockout black back fabric can be used to produce massive displays in full colour. As well as MDF backdrops it can also be used in tension frames that need a blockout fabric or high quality backdrops with pockets and eyelets. |
| How is it printed? | All of our fabrics are printed on our HP Stitch S1000 or on our Agfa Avinci CX3200. Once they are printed they are calendered with our Klieverik heat press and then we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size/shape - allowing extra material for hems and pockets. The fabrics are then passed over to our sewing department who will then stitch them to match your brief before they are despatched. |
